Stuart is an Australian Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who has a passion for health and exercise.
Stuart comes from an athletic background and is passionate about working with athletes and active people. Stuart has worked closely with semi-professional athletes in the past, as well as being a semi-professional 400m track runner himself. Being an athlete and working closely with them in the past has given Stuart an excellent understanding of the demands on athletes and their bodies, and what it takes to get the most out of yourself.
Stuart uses various hands-on techniques to treat people’s pain and dysfunction, whether that be to help speed up the recovery process from an injury, or between workout sessions. Stuart also has fantastic rehab and strength and conditioning knowledge, and can prescribe programs to rehabilitate injuries of the whole body.

Kareem is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Practicing Kinesiologist. He is certified to work with ICBC and Worksafe Clients, and is able to work in conjunction with your physiotherapist to support you in your Active Rehab. He is a former UBC Football and Rugby athlete, and currently enjoys practicing boxing, wrestling, and jiu-jitsu.

As a local, Greg grew up engaged in various sports and outdoor activities, which made physiotherapy a natural choice for his future career. He completed a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta, following a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.
In his years as a physiotherapist, Greg gained valuable experience and knowledge through several credentialed courses and work opportunities. He has become certified in dry needling/intramuscular stimulation (IMS), concussion rehabilitation, manual therapy and running rehabilitation. He has also taken advanced courses pertaining to spinal, pelvic, lower extremity and shoulder regions of the body. Having worked for several years with collegiate level men’s ice hockey, Greg became especially proficient with hip, groin and lumbar spine injuries. Greg’s treatment style is a combination of hands-on, guided exercises and education. He believes in working with his patients to determine the most appropriate and realistic pathways to success, catered to each person.

Dr. Hobson is a naturopathic doctor who has an unwavering passion for medicine. After living and volunteering in many parts of the world, she discovered the importance of prevention and education-focused medicine that ultimately drove her to naturopathic medicine.

After his high level sports career came to and end, he finds himself competing in rec sports like volleyball and soccer. He even wants to do an iron man one day! Stefan attended the National Ballet School of Canada and danced professionally in Europe for 14 years, for both the Stuttgart Ballet in Germany and the Ballets de Monte Carlo in Monaco. Having endured multiple injuries and surgeries, he sought best practices for strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation after his retirement from dance. He began training with Michael Pellegrino at Be Fit Monaco. There, he trained professional cyclists, race car drivers, jiu-jitsu athletes, and general population clients. He has since moved back to Vancouver and continues to train general population clients.
